The room conditions need serious attention!!! Broken locks, dirty carpets, and blobs of unremoved grout are no way to treat guests. Improve plumbing, provide clean towels, and take care of that disgusting pool!!!

overwhelming smell

A night to forget

After a long drive, the friendly front desk staff welcomed us warmly, making check-in relatively smooth. The location was great and easily accessible from the highway.

However, the overwhelming smell of mold and the sight of dirty carpets made us question our decision. The broken AC turned our night into a sleepless ordeal.

The kids loved that we could surf the web in our room, and the TV had cable programming, keeping them entertained while I relaxed after a long drive. The friendly staff made check-in easy, which was a huge plus for our large family.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly amenities available.

I stayed for two nights in a double room. The accommodations were far from satisfactory. the bathroom fixtures seemed outdated, and the cleanliness was subpar. I did appreciate the friendly staff, who promptly tried to address my concerns. Future guests should inspect their rooms thoroughly upon check-in.

The room conditions were shocking. Stained sheets and broken lamps gave the appearance of neglect, and the bathroom was falling apart with noticeable signs of dirt and wear. Missing towels and inadequate toiletries left much to be desired, and the entire experience felt unsafe and unwelcoming. Despite the convenient location, the poor maintenance and cleanliness overshadowed any positives, making this a regrettable choice for stay.
